Mike Bonanno is a growth-minded healthcare leader who joined Care Advantage in October 2023. With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, Mike has built a reputation for driving business growth, building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and achieving results through operational excellence.

A licensed Pharmacist with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Connecticut, Mike began his career with CVS/pharmacy, where he gained extensive multi-unit leadership experience across the Northeast. In 2017, he transitioned to Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care as Director of Business Development, where he leveraged his leadership and operational expertise to help guide the company to industry-leading results in post-acute healthcare.

In his role as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he spearheads growth initiatives across the organization. His diverse background in pharmacy, business development, and operations gives him a unique perspective to align strategy, execution, and innovation in pursuit of Care Advantage’s mission.
