Dave Wagnon brings strategic leadership and a people-focused approach, focusing on growth, operational excellence, and an empowered culture. Known for scaling organizations, leading acquisitions, and building high-performing teams, he aligns seamlessly with the company’s mission and vision.

As President of PT Solutions, he expanded the national physical therapy company to over 500 locations and secured partnerships with 10 major health systems, driving significant growth.

With expertise in operations, business development, finance, and talent strategy, Dave is steering our sustainable growth and industry leadership.

Brian Krovic

Chief Financial Officer

Our CFO, Brian Krovic, brings extensive experience in strategic and operational finance within healthcare. His expertise has been pivotal in driving Care Advantage Inc.’s growth through mergers and acquisitions and organic strategies, enhancing our mission-driven impact.

Previously, as SVP of Corporate Finance at U.S. Radiology Specialists, Brian led initiatives in treasury, reporting, and revenue cycle management, scaling the finance team to support our growth into a national leader in private practice radiology, performing over 8 million scans annually across 180+ centers.

Brian has held finance leadership roles at McKesson, including leading the finance team for the U.S. Oncology Network, the largest independent oncology network in the U.S., treating over 1 million cancer patients annually.

Mike Heppler

Chief Operating Officer

Mike Heppler brings over 20 years of experience in the home care industry. A passionate advocate for the vital role in-home care plays in the broader healthcare continuum, Mike is focused on both enhancing the care experience for clients and supporting the career growth of Caregivers across the organization. Mike was the COO of Senior Care Therapy, where he oversaw integrations, expansions, and the addition of three key revenue streams. He has also served as President of the Northeast Region for Aveanna Healthcare, where he was responsible for the day-to-day oversight of 70 Home Health and Home Care branches across 14 states.

Mike puts his expertise and understanding of operational strategy and care delivery to use, optimizing and improving all operational processes across our brand companies.

Shreyas Kataria leads our growth strategy through acquisitions, leveraging deep expertise across the full deal lifecycle of homecare-related businesses. Shreyas oversees our government relations function. He leads advocacy efforts and engagement with federal and state officials to ensure the company’s priorities are effectively represented across the public policy landscape. His leadership strengthens Care Advantage, Inc.’s position as both a provider and a voice for quality home-based care.

Prior to his role, Shreyas spent 8 years as an investment professional at leading middle-market private equity buyout firms, where he made control investments in businesses across several industries. He began his career as a mergers and acquisitions investment banking analyst.

Olivia Jones brings more than 27 years of experience in the home healthcare industry. In her role, she oversees day-to-day operations, strategic growth, and performance management across multiple branches in Virginia, DC, Maryland, and Delaware.

Throughout her career, Olivia has been recognized for her results-driven leadership style and her ability to scale both Medicaid and private duty service lines while keeping client care and caregiver engagement at the center of her strategy.

Known by her teams as approachable, collaborative, and metrics-driven, Olivia is passionate about advancing home care as “work worth doing” and empowering caregivers to thrive while making a difference in the lives of the clients they serve.

Zack Caplan leads our value-based care strategy and initiatives, including expanding the company’s strategic partnerships with Managed Care Organizations and other local healthcare providers, community organizations, and technology partners. His experience building value-based care programs and infrastructure supports the company’s commitment to delivering differentiated, high-quality outcomes.

Zack worked at Stellar Health, a leading value-based care technology & services company supporting primary care providers across the country. As Vice President of Growth, Zack helped lead Stellar’s national expansion of value-based care programs with Medicare & Medicaid Managed Care Organizations, Health Systems, and Accountable Care Organizations.

With a proven ability to develop and scale value-based care programs and high-performing teams, Zack contributes to growing and strengthening our presence in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

In 2017, he transitioned to Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care as Director of Business Development, where he leveraged his leadership and operational expertise to help guide the company to industry-leading results in post-acute healthcare.

In his role, he spearheads growth initiatives across the organization. His diverse background in pharmacy, business development, and operations gives him a unique perspective to align strategy, execution, and innovation in pursuit of our mission.

Previously, Shelley served as VP of Marketing at Griswold Home Care, where she revitalized the company through modernization of the brand, cutting-edge Caregiver recruitment campaigns, improved franchise development communications, and elevated public relations efforts. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Jean Griswold Foundation, helping guide its transition toward supporting Caregiver education.

Shelley’s experience spans more than 25 years across marketing, PR, and communications. She leads brand strategy, communications, digital transformation, and growth initiatives to support our mission.
