How It Works
Each client’s journey begins with an assessment using our Care360 Tool. Our Caregivers and Clinicians ask a series of essential questions and collect key details, which are entered into the tool. The information is scored using our proprietary care scale, which is built on years of carefully analyzed data and insights. The results provide a clear picture of strengths, vulnerabilities, and potential risks. With this knowledge, our Care Team creates a personalized care plan tailored to your needs—so you receive the right level of support to live well and stay comfortable at home.

We handle the details that can feel overwhelming—caregiver screening, employment paperwork, payroll, and taxes. We’re bonded and insured, and if a Caregiver is unexpectedly unavailable, we can often arrange coverage quickly for added peace of mind.
Families pay in different ways depending on their needs. Common options include private pay, long-term care insurance, veterans benefits, life insurance benefits, and reverse mortgages. You may also qualify for Medicaid benefits, and we are a Medicaid provider.
Caregivers can help with companionship, daily routines, light household tasks, personal care, and medication reminders. They don’t provide medical advice, administer medications, or perform skilled nursing tasks unless the service is specifically arranged.
