Capital City Nurses FAQs

We handle the details that can feel overwhelming—caregiver screening, employment paperwork, payroll, and taxes. We’re bonded and insured, and if a Caregiver is unexpectedly unavailable, we can often arrange coverage quickly for added peace of mind.

Families pay in different ways depending on their needs. Common options include private pay, long-term care insurance, veterans’ benefits, life insurance benefits, and reverse mortgages. You may also qualify for Medicaid benefits, and our sister locations at Care Advantage participate with Medicaid.

Caregivers can help with companionship, daily routines, light household tasks, personal care, and medication reminders. They don’t provide medical advice, administer medications, or perform skilled nursing tasks unless the service is specifically arranged.
