Neil started as a sales representative in the post-acute area of healthcare in 1992, following the anticipated growth of the home care industry with the aging Baby Boomer generation. He developed a successful sales career and moved into leadership roles with some of the largest companies in Healthcare: McKesson Medical Surgical, Amedisys Home Health, Kindred at Home, and Trinity Health.
He has established a reputation of successfully building up sales teams by developing strategies that play to the strengths of sales talent while complimenting the strategic objectives of the company. Neil developed a passion for helping seniors live at home and remain independent after seeing several family members benefit directly from in-home care services.
Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Old Dominion University and lives in Richmond with his wife and two sons.
