Shreyas leads Care Advantage’s growth strategy through acquisitions, leveraging deep expertise across the full deal lifecycle of homecare-related businesses. His strategic approach and industry insight are instrumental in identifying and executing acquisition opportunities that align with the organization’s long-term vision.

In addition to leading our acquisition efforts, Shreyas oversees Care Advantage’s government relations function. In this role, he leads advocacy efforts and engagement with federal and state officials to ensure the company's priorities are effectively represented across the public policy landscape. His leadership strengthens Care Advantage’s position as both a provider and a voice for quality home-based care.

Prior to joining Care Advantage, Shreyas spent 8 years as an investment professional at leading middle-market private equity buyout firms, where he made control investments in businesses across several industries. He began his career as a mergers & acquisitions investment banking analyst.

Shreyas holds a bachelor’s degree in financial economics from the University of Rochester and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
