Every year, National Nursing Assistant Week gives us the opportunity to pause and recognize the people who make compassionate, hands-on care possible — and this year’s theme, “We’re Unbelievable,” is the perfect tribute. From June 11–17, we are proud to celebrate the extraordinary Caregivers across the Care Advantage, Inc. family who show up with heart and dedication every day.
Our Caregivers are the backbone of the care we provide. Whether supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those navigating health challenges at home, they bring skill, empathy, and consistency to every interaction. The work they do is nothing short of remarkable.
Celebrating our Caregivers goes beyond one week a year. We are committed to investing in their growth, recognizing their achievements, and creating a culture where they feel valued. Through our I CARE Awards program, Caregivers can earn recognition at every level — from I CARE Kudos cards redeemable for prizes, to the prestigious I CARE High Achiever Award, which honors one extraordinary Caregiver each year. We also recently launched CareAcademy, a dedicated training and development platform designed to equip our Caregivers with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to thrive in their roles and continue delivering exceptional care.
