The addition of Attentive Angels marks Care Advantage’s entry into South Carolina and strengthens its growing regional footprint. The partnership advances the company’s mission to expand access to compassionate, high-quality, in-home care that enables individuals to live safely and comfortably at home. The transaction reinforces Care Advantage’s ongoing commitment to growth through strategic expansion across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Financial terms were not disclosed.
